ASEAN Retail employs extensive online and offline marketing communication, including new advertising and PR campaigns, as part of year round customer relationship management to reach regularly of more than 8,000 target buyers and trade visitors in Thailand and the regions. Other exclusive marketing communication tools include trade publications, direct visitor invitation, radio stations, a regularly updated and promoted web site, e-newsletter campaign, banner links, extensive social media marketing, tele marketing promotion to key individuals and more.

In addition, ASEAN Retail has specially designed Market Development Program for each participating exhibitor to effectively expand into the new market and buyers or to introduce new products etc. The program will be personalized to each category, exhibiting profile, country etc.
